Some short notes as we approach the beginning of spring training, including schedule updates and book information.
- We’ve done another check of schedules and updated game times on some team calendars. Nothing major, but there have been a few shifts in recent weeks. Check out the team schedule to see if your plans need some adjusting.
- We also updated schedules for the Kansas City Royals, Pittsburgh Pirates, New York Mets, Chicago White Sox, Tampa Bay Rays, Cleveland Indians, Seattle Mariners, Arizona Diamondbacks and San Diego Padres with information on TV and radio broadcasts. We’ll continue to add broadcast information as it’s released.
- A few stories worth noting on the site: The Phillies have invited six all-time greats as spring-training instructors, the San Francisco Giants are revamping their spring-training facilities, and the chances of a Roger Dean Chevrolet Stadium renovation are on the rise.
- Expect the equipment trucks to begin rolling to Florida and Arizona at the end of the week and into next week. Yes, spring is on the way!
