Despite the uncertainty surrounding the start of the season, single-game 2021 Pittsburgh Pirates spring training tickets will go on sale to season-ticket holders on Feb. 3 and to the public Feb. 17.
The Pirates are planning for approximately 25 percent capacity throughout the ballpark, with tickets being made available in seating pod allotments of two and four per transaction. All seating arrangements are being made in accordance with health and safety protocols with the recommended six feet distance between pods throughout the ballpark.
The first phase of the ticket on-sale will be a special presale of single-game tickets for Pirates season-ticket holders and corporate partners. This presale, which will take place exclusively online, will begin on Wednesday, February 3, at 10 a.m. and run through Sunday, February 7, for the limited number of available tickets.
During the exclusive presale, season-ticket holders will be given first priority to choose their seating location for each individual game through their MyTix account on Pirates.com. Digital delivery of tickets through the MLB Ballpark App is free and strongly encouraged as the method for all fans to receive their tickets.
New season-ticket packages will not be available for the 2021 season due to the capacity limits and extensive health and safety protocols.
Any remaining inventory for individual spring training game tickets will go on sale on Monday, February 15, at 10 a.m. online or by calling 877/893-2827.
