It begins! We’ve posted the Detroit Tigers 2018 spring schedule for home games at Publix Field at Joker Marchant Stadium, with the traditional Florida Southern Mocs match set for Feb. 22.

As noted, the Tigers’ home schedule begins with the traditional Florida Southern College match on Feb. 22 — the same date spring training 2017 launched. Spring training will end earlier than usual, with the MLB season launching on March 29.
The Detroit Tigers 2018 spring schedule features 17 Grapefruit League games as well as the Mocs exhibition game. The Tigers open the home portion of the Grapefruit League schedule against the Toronto Blue Jays on Saturday, February 24.
The home schedule is highlighted by visits from the New York Yankees on Tuesday, March 6, Saturday, March 17 and Tuesday, March 20 and the Toronto Blue Jays on Saturday, February 24 and Wednesday, March 7, while the New York Mets will visit Publix Field on Friday, March 9 and the Washington Nationals on Monday, March 12.
The team has not yet announced game times, as the Tigers usually mix in a few night games.
Single-game tickets go on sale Saturday, January 13 at 10 a.m. Eastern. Information about season and group tickets will be released at a later date.
