Mets 2015 spring schedule posted

New York MetsWe’ve posted the New York Mets 2015 spring schedule, as the team’s training slate calls for 33 exhibition games, including 15 home games at Tradition Field.

The Mets will host the Yankees in Port St. Lucie on Sunday, March 22 at 1:10 p.m. and will travel to Tampa to take on their crosstown rivals on Wednesday, March 25 at 1:05 p.m. The Mets will also play the Boston Red Sox Sunday, March 8 in Port St. Lucie at 1:10 p.m.

Manager Terry Collins’ team will play the NL East champion Washington Nationals six times, the NL Central champion St. Louis Cardinals six times, the Miami Marlins six times, the Atlanta Braves four times, the Houston Astros, Tigers, Yankees and Red Sox twice and the Tampa Bay Rays once.

New York will close out their spring training schedule with two games vs. the Texas Rangers at Globe Life Park in Arlington on Friday, April 3 and Saturday, April 4.

Season and group tickets for Mets spring training games are on sale now by calling the Port St. Lucie Ticket Office at 772-871-2115. In addition, fans can purchase different ticket packages that include the Yankees game, Red Sox game or Opening Day. Single game tickets will go on sale Saturday, January 17 at 10 a.m.
