We’re in the midst of a stretch where several MLB teams are putting spring-training tickets on sale, and tomorrow sees Cardinals/Marlins ducats on sale — complete with a Roger Dean Stadium event.
Individual spring training game tickets for the Miami Marlins and the St. Louis Cardinals will go on sale tomorrow at 10 a.m. at the Roger Dean Stadium ticket office. Fans of all ages can celebrate the start of the season with games and inflatable fun for the kids and great savings at the Team Store Blowout Sale of up to 50 percent off.
Fan Fest is a free event that kicks off at 10 a.m. and runs until 2 p.m., with the first 1,000 fans receiving a complimentary hot dog and Pepsi. Coffee and donuts will be available for those in line starting at 8:30 a.m. The Jupiter Hammerheads’ mascot, Hamilton R. Head will be on hand from noon to 1 p.m. to take photos with fans.
Stadium tours will be available at 11 a.m., 12 p.m., and 1 p.m. Fans can also sign up for 2014 Knothole Gang or Silver Sluggers memberships and enter for a chance to win a Miami Marlins or St. Louis Cardinals jersey.
There will even be a Job Fair for anyone interested in joining the Roger Dean Stadium team this season. Positions available include: parking director, parking collector, security, ushers, ticket takers, greeters, concession workers, dishwashers, cooks, catering, cashiers and floor people.
Other teams putting tickets on sale tomorrow (Jan. 11) include the Minnesota Twins, Chicago Cubs, Arizona Diamondbacks, Detroit Tigers and Colorado Rockies.
