We’ve posted the Tampa Bay Rays 2015 spring training schedule, as the team will play 14 home games at Charlotte Sports Park.
You can view the schedule here.
All home games at Charlotte Sports Park begin at 1:05 p.m. This will be the first time in franchise history that all games for spring training, both home and away, will be during the day. Pitchers and catchers will report on Saturday, February 21 and position players report on Thursday, February 26.
The Rays will begin their schedule on Thursday, March 5 against the defending American League East Division Champion Baltimore Orioles at Charlotte Sports Park. The home schedule includes games against all four American League East opponents, including March 26 game against the New York Yankees. The schedule also includes home games with the New York Mets, Philadelphia Phillies, and a pair of contests with the Boston Red Sox.
The Rays break camp following their March 31 game versus the Red Sox and will host the American League Central Division Champion Detroit Tigers at Tropicana Field in an exhibition game on Saturday, April 4.
Single-game spring training tickets for games at Charlotte Sports Park will go on sale in January with a specific date to be announced. Ticket prices for single games once again range from $10 to $29, the same as they were in 2014.
