We’ve posted a tentative 2020 San Diego Padres spring schedule, as the team plans for training camp at Peoria Sports Complex in Peoria, Arizona.

Padres pitchers and catchers are scheduled to report to Peoria on Monday, February 10, with the club’s first full-squad workout on Saturday, February 15. The team will begin its 30-game schedule in Arizona with the annual charity game on Saturday, February 22, as the home team against the Seattle Mariners at the Peoria Sports Complex.
The Padres will play 17 of their 30 games next spring in Peoria, all but two of them as the home team. San Diego’s Cactus League schedule features 16 games against American League opponents and eight meetings versus National League West rivals, including two each with the Arizona Diamondbacks, Colorado Rockies, Los Angeles Dodgers and San Francisco Giants. Five of the Padres’ 15 home games will take place over the weekend (Sat. & Sun.).
San Diego will break camp following its Cactus League finale against the Seattle Mariners in Peoria on Sunday, March 22. The team will cap off its spring schedule with an exhibition game at Sloan Park in Mesa against the Chicago Cubs on March 23.
