Another on-sale date with practically no promotion, which seems to be the trend for 2022: Minnesota Twins spring training tickets are now on sale.
This represents the fourth team to place tickets on sale with minimum warning: the team issued a press release yesterday morning and put tickets on sale at 10 a.m. Eastern. With the Twins, it may not matter that much: the team is a strong spring-training draw, so much of the inventory is already controlled by season-tickets owners. One interesting twist: Minnesota Day, the event that sees lots of tailgating and city banners in the Hammond Stadium parking lot, is set for a March 12 6:05 p.m. game.
